Your responsibilities and tasks:
Nationaler technischer Support 2ndLevel
Mithilfe beim Betrieb der zentralen Hotline des Technischen Supports
Technische Unterstützung bei der Projektplanung und -umsetzung
Vor Ort Schulung und Support der Fachhändler bei Montagen und Inbetriebnahmen unserer Anlagen
Organisation und Durchführung von Fachhändler- und Kundenschulungen
Your profile and qualifications:
Technische Ausbildung mit EFZ oder Landwirt/ in mit HAFL
Berufserfahrung im Technischen Support oder vergleichbar
Sehr gute Elektronik-, Netzwerk- und IT-Kenntnisse
Analytische und systematische Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
Sehr gute Deutsch-, sowie gute Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse
Bezug zur Landwirtschaft
