Siamo alla ricerca di una/un Addett* Ufficio Ricambi da inserire nel nostro team con un contratto a tempo determinato per sostituzione maternità.
La persona ideale ha buone capacità relazionali, orientamento al cliente e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
Responsabilità principali
Gestire la comunicazione quotidiana con i clienti, rispondendo a richieste e fornendo supporto
Preparare e inserire offerte commerciali e ordini clienti
Garantire una gestione accurata e tempestiva delle richieste
Collaborare con i team interni (vendite, operations, amministrazione) per assicurare un corretto flusso degli ordini
Supportare il team nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi operativi
Contribuire al miglioramento dei processi e delle modalità di lavoro
Your profile and qualifications
Diploma (preferibilmente in ambito linguistico); la laurea costituisce un plus
Esperienza, anche breve, in ruoli di customer service o affini
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office; la conoscenza di CRM è un plus
Buone capacità organizzative e di comunicazione
Buona conoscenza di inglese e spagnolo
