
- Installation, commissioning and maintaining Equipment/s like Separators, Decanters and other process plant related instrumentation, controls and auxiliaries.
- Providing timely response to customer complaints (online and onsite)
- Evaluating and resolving equipment related issues on the equipment/s.
- Maintaining good relationship with the customer.
- Conducting onsite equipment related training for the customer.
- Supporting Sales team and other peer group with the technical knowledge on the equipment/s.
- Maintaining product manuals and updating technical documentation.
- Making spares and service related recommendations to the customer based on the health of the equipment/s.
- Escalating high level technical issues with Global technical support for resolution.
- Aligning with the back office for spares supply and service offers.
- Selling spare parts and service / maintenance contracts.
BE/Diploma (elect/Mechanical) with 2-8 years of experience in separators or decanters
