We are looking for a highly skilled Process Integration Manager (PIM) (f/m/d) to strengthen our global SAP rollout organization. In this role, you will drive end‑to‑end process alignment across multiple process areas and ensure that our SAP template is consistently implemented across diverse business units and regions.
The PIM function becomes active whenever a topic touches more than two process houses, requires cross-functional alignment, or lacks a clear end‑to‑end owner. You will act as moderator, integrator, and orchestrator, ensuring that engineering, procurement, production, logistics, finance, and service work seamlessly together in our Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO) environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys complex challenges, builds alignment across functions, and ensures stable and scalable process execution.
Key Responsibilities
Cross‑Functional Facilitation & Orchestration
Data Governance & Consistency
Risk, Escalation & Change Management
• Strong cross process experience in SAP implementation projects, ideally in an Engineer to Order (ETO) or project-driven manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional process workshops and integration discussions.
• Ability to translate complex technical SAP concepts into clear, business-oriented explanations.
Soft Skills
• Excellent stakeholder management across engineering, operations, finance, service, and IT.
• Natural facilitator with strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills in high complexity environments.
• Strong communication skills, especially in explaining E2E processes to non-experts.
• Leadership in international and matrix organizations.
• Proactive risk identification, structured problem solving, and strong ownership mindset.
• Effective change agent, capable of driving adoption of new processes and harmonization across global teams.
We are looking for:
• a connector who enjoys navigating complexity
• a pragmatic problem-solver who brings structure to ambiguity
• a communicator who builds alignment across functions and cultures
• a process thinker who sees the big picture, not just system transactions
• a team player who naturally steps into the lead where no clear owner exists
What we offer:

Modern working environment with flexible working options and home office for a good work-life balance (3:2)
30 vacation days
Attractive company benefits such as discounts on gym memberships, courses, etc.
