
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with operational and strategic KPIs.
• Establish and maintain a data governance framework including data dictionaries, definitions, lineage documentation and access control policies.
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical data team, translating business questions into data requirements.
• Monitor and improve data quality across source systems including SQL Server and Databricks.
• Drive adoption of BI tools and data literacy across the organization through training and documentation.
• Support master data management processes relevant to plant operations, quality, and supply chain.
• 3–6 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics or a related field.
• Advanced Power BI skills: data modeling, DAX, report and dashboard development.
• Solid SQL knowledge for data querying and profiling.
• Experience with data governance practices and metadata management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills — ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in manufacturing, food industry, engineering sector or regulated environments is a strong advantage.
Nice to have:
• Familiarity with Databricks and Delta Lake.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and their data structures.
• Experience with data transformation tools. (dbt or similar)
