
Launch Management & New Equipment
Support the planning, steering, and analysis of global product launches, including monitoring of key launch KPIs and market developments
Build and continuously enhance reporting and steering tools for launch and new equipment activities
Structure and analyze country and market feedback to assess launch readiness, progress, and performance
Dealer Development & Sales Enablement
Analyze and prepare dealer performance data (e.g. sales, activity, market share) and derive actionable recommendations for sales and management
Support the design and implementation of dealer incentive schemes and performance programs
Create automated reports and dashboards to steer dealer and sales activities
Data & Automation
Automate reporting, planning, and sales processes to reduce manual effort
Structure, integrate, and ensure the quality of data from multiple sources
Collaborate closely with Launch, Dealer Development, other different departments and international teams to support data‑driven decision‑making
Completed degree or vocational training in Business Informatics, Data & Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration with a data/digital focus, or a comparable field (Career starters, graduates, and junior profiles are explicitly welcome)
First practical experience (e.g. internships, working student roles, or project work) in data analysis / reporting and/or business or process automation
Advance knowledge of: Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, ideally Power Query) & SQL, Python, or BI / automation tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate)
Strong analytical capability combined with a structured and solution‑driven approach
Very good communication skills, strong team mindset, and the ability to turn data into actionable business insights
High level of learning agility, initiative, and team orientation
Fluent English language skills; German language skills are a plus
