About the position
Your responsibilities and tasks
Ihre Verantwortung auf Executive-Level
- Gesamtverantwortung für den globalen Ausbau des Liquid-Food-Geschäfts inkl. Marktexpansion und Aufbau internationaler Vertriebsstrukturen
- Steuerung der globalen Sales- und Key-Account-Strategie mit direkter Ergebnisverantwortung (P&L / EBIT / Order Intake)
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung der globalen Application Engineering Organisation inkl. Prozessdesign und technischer Performance-Garantien
- Definition und Skalierung globaler Standards in Prozessengineering, Kalkulation und technischer Lösungsentwicklung
- Enge Steuerung strategischer Kunden, globaler Accounts und internationaler Wachstumsinitiativen
- Enge Verzahnung mit Produktmanagement, R&D und globalen Business Units zur Entwicklung zukunftsweisender Prozesslösungen
Your profile and qualifications
Ihr Profil als Führungspersönlichkeit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen; MBA oder Executive Education von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige internationale Leadership-Erfahrung im Anlagenbau, idealerweise Food, Beverage oder Process Industry
- Nachweisbare Verantwortung für P&L, Business Units oder globale Vertriebsorganisationen
- Starkes technisches Verständnis im Prozess- und Application Engineering
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Skalierung internationaler Märkte und Organisationen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (B2/C1)
- Unternehmerisches Mindset, hohe Umsetzungsstärke und ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz im Matrixumfeld
- Internationale Reisebereitschaft (20–40 Tage/Jahr)
