About the position
Your responsibilities and tasks
Perform service activities for Dryers, Atomizers, Filling Lines, UHT systems, Pasteurizers, Valves and Pumps within Dairy, Beverage, Food and Chemical industry environments.
Provide technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance as well as emergency service interventions when required.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service execution, professionalism and timely follow‑up.
Prepare and maintain accurate service reports, time sheets and parts usage records for customer invoicing.
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers.
Your profile and qualifications
University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Division of MYO.
Prior experience in Dairy, Beverage or Food production as a maintenance engineer is highly preferred.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar technical or service engineering role within an industrial environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and proven abilities in Root Cause Analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Self‑motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.
Fluency in Turkish & English (written and verbal) is mandatory. Please note that only CVs submitted in English will be reviewed.
Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Ability to develop long-term partnerships with new and existing customers.
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 90%), including weekends and short-notice trips.
Valid driving license and passport.
No military obligations.
