About the position
Your responsibilities and tasks
Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Beratung von Führungskräften in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen für einen definierten Betreuungsbereich
Mitwirken an Kernprozessen wie: Recruiting, Onboarding, Personal-/Führungskräfteentwicklung, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits sowie dem lokalen Gesundheitsmanagement
Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen und Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen, Teams und Unternehmenskultur
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat, insbesondere im tariflichen Umfeld der Metall- und Elektroindustrie (NRW)
Nutzung relevanter HR-Kennzahlen zur Unterstützung fundierter Entscheidungen
Your profile and qualifications
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen, idealerweise als HR Business Partner, People Partner oder Personalreferent
Erfahrung im Tarifumfeld der Metall- und Elektroindustrie (NRW) von Vorteil
Ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Coachingkompetenz
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch (B2/ C1)
