• Remote site support
• Project Management of small scale projects
• Project Execution Efficiently
Tasks - Associate Engineer - Automation
• Detail understanding and Knowledge of PLC Logic Development in Automation Platform Rockwell/Siemens
• Detail understanding and Knowledge of SCADA Screen Development in Rockwell, Siemens, Avea Intouch, System Platform.
• Process FDS write up and update as per developed program
• Detail understanding of HMI Screen development in Rockwell Factory Talk Machine Edition and Site Edition.
• Field Instrument Setup and Control / MCC Panel Troubleshooting. Understanding of Electrical Drawings
• Support on Pre-sale activities like preparing quotes for software development etc.
Bachelor of Engineering Degree in
• Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation & Controls or similar education background
Work Experience - Associate Engineer - Automation
• 1-10 year
• Experience on any particular Dairy / Food / Beverages / Brewery / Pharma / Chemical Industry
• Service support experienced would be an added advantage
Skills - Engineer - Automation
• Detail Understanding of automation platform - e.g. Allen Bradley, Siemens etc.
• Detail Understanding and development skill of various programming languages on S88 standard e.g. ladder, STL, FBD
• Detail Understanding and development skill of HMI and SCADA
• Basic knowledge of Electrical drawing reading and components
• RS Batch / In-Batch Knowledge would be an added advantage
• Ignition Software knowledge will be an added advantage
• SQL Reporting would be an added advantage
• Basic Understanding of VBA Scripting an added advantage
• Basic understanding of P&ID
• Fault finding and Self learning capability
• Team player
• Communication skill
