
Work in close collaboration with Regions & Countries that maintain direct dealer relationships, providing expertise, best practices, data, and tools to enable informed decision-making.
Manage and continuously enhance a central tool that visualizes dealer-level performance, ensuring transparency for top management and identifying local market potentials.
Develop, monitor, and improve a comprehensive set of KPIs to assess dealer professionalism and the breadth of their offerings; ensure accurate tracking in cooperation with regional teams.
Utilize dealer scorecards to support the identification of strong partners for continued collaboration and highlight areas for improvement.
Provide regional teams with structured toolkits to facilitate targeted network consolidation and optimization.
Support the Route-to-Market transformation by delivering actionable insights and driving process improvements.
Ensure alignment with strategic initiatives while continuously improving existing processes and tools to strengthen dealer network performance.
University degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Solid background in cow farming or related agricultural sectors.
Proven experience working with dealer networks and understanding success factors for high-performing dealerships, including entrepreneurial motivation.
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness to collaborate effectively in a global environment.
Ability to work successfully within a complex organization, influencing outcomes without direct authority.
Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to dynamic business needs.
