
1. Manage and constantly improve workshop, its assets and operations.
2. Prepare quotations for compressor overhauls.
3. Arrange overhaul execution and job reporting
4. Manage compressor exchange program.
5. Manage training center (at the same location)
6. Execute overhaul trainings.
7. Arrange maintenance of workshop and training center assets
8. Develops and supports relations with existing customers and develop new customers
9. Promote GEA HRT New Machines and services to the market
10. Makes sure offers are prepared on time and followed up
11. Ensures OI and Margin targets are met
12. Participates in best practice implementation
13. Ensures alignment and close cooperation with other colleagues from GEA Thailand and other countries where needed.
14. Ensures that the customers of HRT Division in your region are fully satisfied by service level provided (focus on availability for their requests, speed of answer)
15. Manages local team of service technicians, and other functions if applicable
16. Support resolution of difficult technical matters, warranty cases
17. Support execution of contracted jobs
18. Train & coach less experienced service engineers of GEA ,hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, troubleshooting skills, knowledge of equipment, maintenance & repair procedures
