
Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) is mandatory for this position, both written and spoken.
(Valuable) master’s degree: An MBA or a master's in marketing/communications.
5-10 years of experience working in Tactical and Strategic Marketing: Proven experience in developing and executing traditional and digital marketing campaigns across various channels simultaneously.
5-10 years of experience working in brand governance and brand consistency management: Knowledge in managing brand identity and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Experience in marketing and communications roles, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
Digital Marketing: Experience with digital marketing tools, platforms and Social Ads.
Knowledge of data Analysis: Ability to analyze marketing performance data and metrics to guide decision-making and optimizing strategies.
Individual contributor role with autonomy, strong communication, planning, and project‑coordination skills. Ability to work with multiple teams localized in different sites and manage external vendors.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., SAP).
