Your responsibilities and tasks:
Aktive Unterstützung des HR-Bereichs beim operativen Tagesgeschäft
Pflege und Aktualisierung des Zeiterfassungssystems
Mitwirkung bei internen HR-Projekten
Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Events (Schulungen)
Mitwirken bei der Optimierung von lokalen Prozessen
Your profile and qualifications:
Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Wirtschaftspsychologie, Pädagogik, Sozialwissenschaften, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal
Du hast Interesse an moderner Personalarbeit
Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und strukturiert
Du bringst sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit und hast Freude an Teamarbeit
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
