Create, maintain, manage, and control all quality documentation, including quality manuals, quality procedures, and quality plans with the goal of achieving ISO certification.
Review and verify all documentation for accuracy and completeness, and ensure it complies with regulatory standards.
Identify areas of improvement in the quality documentation process. This includes implementation and training for necessary changes.
Drive corrective action through root cause identification and structured problem solving.
Ability to gather and analyze data through statistical techniques.
Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary documentation for audits, both internal and external.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that documentation reflects accurate and up-to-date information.
Stay up to date with the latest industry standards, trends, and regulations in quality assurance.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement in document control processes.
Provide recommendations for process optimization and assist in the implementation of improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Bachelor of Art or Science degree and 5+ years of relevant experience creating, maintaining quality and / or process procedures or in lieu of a degree 15+ years of related experience.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and ISO standards.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and data management software.
Expertise in both using, coaching, and training in both procedures and methodology / approaches.
Experience with PDCA, A3, DOE, 5-Why, Fish Bone Diagram, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC.
