The purpose of the job is optimizing sales processes, dashboards and KPI tracking in the Sales function by rolling out digital solutions. Maintains and improves internal digital solutions. This is a job on BU FPP Sales level. There also will be a clear focus on CRM and customer-related data.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
Enable sales performance management by establishing and developing sales KPIs as well as dashboards.
Support sales teams in sales pipeline management with CRM reporting.
Provide data analysis to support management reporting and decision making.
Continuously improve CRM systems to enhance order intake forecasting and customer relationship processes.
Ensure follow up and execution of sales performance targets in FPP country markets as well as on Business Unit level.
Design, realization and implementation of solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, SharePoint Online, …) and SAP C4C.
Creation of detailed specifications and support of internal & externals stakeholders for ensuring successful system implementation
Rollout, documentation, and training for new system changes & implementations..
Technical or commercial bachelor degree with proven background.
Successfully completed education, training or studies in the field of computer science or comparable fields.
Advanced experience in CRM Systems (ideally SAP C4C or Salesforce).
Hands-on experience in the use of Microsoft PowerPlatform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, SharePoint Online, ...) desirable.
Experience with agile software development (e.g. Scrum) and project work desirable.
Understanding of integrated processes, specifically in an industrial machine engineering and manufacturing environment.
A proactive, analytical mindset and strong communication skills.
