Develop, implement and maintain secure coding standards, best practices, and procedures for all product development
Provide training and guidance to team members on security practices and protocols
Work with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with security standards
Conduct security assessments and vulnerability testing on automation systems and other software products
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure security is integrated into the design and development process
Monitor and respond to security incidents related to automation systems and other software products
Research and stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and threats
Support product management, sales and service by providing information about product security of the products and services
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in security engineering
Proven expertise in security assessment, vulnerability testing, and risk management
Strong knowledge of security protocols, encryption methods, and cybersecurity best practices
Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or similar are highly preferred
Familiarity with automation systems and products
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Fluent English (C1/C2) and German (B2)
