Electronic setting and automation functions
The electronic control board for the separator is integrated into the GEA kytero® skid, enabling processing of each batch in continuous operation with varying parameters to accommodate changing products, batch capacities, separation goals and process variants. Automated settings are available to activate different process variants at the touch of a button.
Complete control technology included
A first in the market, the GEA kytero® skid also comes with fully integrated turbidity and flow meters in addition to pumps, tubes, connections and control module. These components achieve a new level of control over the process for maximum reliability and safety.
All process data are stored and digitally labeled for easy traceability of each batch, again facilitating the validation of equipment and process.
