NEW! GEA SmartPacker CX400 sanitary with GEA Smart Sealing System

GEA SmartPacker CX400 sanitary with GEA Smart Sealing System

By adding a new sealing system to our vertical bagger, we have developed a machine that is ideally suited for the frozen food market.  The GEA Smart Sealing System uses special metal tape in the sealing area.  It eliminates the need to replace Teflon tape on the heated sealing jaws after just a few hours. 

The advantages are many including maximizing productivity, reducing downtime, lowering total cost of ownership (TCO) and improving package quality.  The bagger will be demonstrated during the show.

GEA MaxiFormer 1000

GEA MaxiFormer, with patented forming technology, is our most efficient forming solution for high-quality formed poultry, pork and meat replacement products.

It has been designed to address many of the issues traditionally associated with drum forming. By fully understanding the whole process, including critical grinding and chilling operations, GEA made important changes to the technology, which have a major impact on the final product.

GEA MultiJector with 2mm OptiFlex needles features unrivaled brine injection accuracy with a low standard deviation for excellent product quality and maximum profitability. The injector is seamlessly integrated with GEA's brine preparation equipment. Our GEA SuperChill brine chiller and GEA MultiShaker remove excess brine from both sides of the product, closes needle marks and activates proteins. A fully automatic and fast NeedleCleaner solution is also available to support a highly efficient injection process and food safety.

Our third generation GEA CookStar 1000 offers ultimate flexibility by providing the opportunity to dry, steam, cook, roast, and smoke food products with more power, unbeatable precision and better performance. The spiral oven provides higher capacity, better yield, better quality and consistency, increased flexibility, greater efficiency and the lowest lifetime cost.

Adding the SuperHeatSmoke option to the oven enables food processors with in-line production to produce and brand their products with a CleanSmoke label. SuperHeatSmoke is the innovative and award-winning solution for in-line smoking of meat, poultry, seafood and meal components and is generated using a Red Arrow purified smoke condensate. The smoking process is conducted at temperatures above 100 °C.
