Ihre Verantwortungsbereiche und Aufgaben:
Drive sales growth and achieve annual revenue, order intake, and profitability targets
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within assigned markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders
Promote GEA's process solutions and technologies to existing and potential customers
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline and sales forecasts.
Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams
Lead commercial negotiations and close profitable business opportunities
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
Ensure accurate CRM management, reporting, and sales administration
Represent GEA at customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
Work closely with engineering, project management, service, and finance teams to ensure successful project execution
Ensure compliance with company policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements
Ihr Profil und Ihre Qualifikationen:
Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Master's degree or additional commercial qualifications are an advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, engineering, or project management within the Dairy, Food, Beverage, or Chemical industry
Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably within industrial, engineering, or process technology environments
Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Experience managing complex technical sales projects
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Fluent Hungarian and advanced English
Willingness to travel and meet customers regularly
