How it works
GEA InsightPartner Separation® KPIs consists of a user-friendly digital dashboard that includes detailed visualization features for mechanical conditions and processes. It can be combined with our Condition Monitoring solution GEA InsightPartner Separation® Monitoring and is accessed in the secure GEA cloud via a GEA app. Thus all you need to do is ensure sufficient connectivity on site.
Our solution consists of several key components:
- Sensors and IoT gateway:
These gather and transmit data on various parameters, including mechanical machine conditions and process performance metrics.
- Cloud-based platform:
The data is processed and stored in the secure GEA Cloud® in compliance with latest industry standards and accessible via a GEA app.

To use the full functionality of the dashboard, the data from an inductive flow meter in the feed of the separator, a device for measuring conductivity and temperature and an energy meter are required.
