As Sourcing Specialist – Operational Procurement, you will:
- Lead sourcing activities for electronic components and related technical services across multiple projects.
- Drive supplier selection, commercial negotiations and contract execution.
- Manage supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify supply risks and implement mitigation actions to support project delivery.
- Contribute to category management and sourcing strategies in collaboration with Global Procurement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align sourcing priorities with project requirements.
- Support the development of procurement processes, tools and ways of working.

You are a commercially minded procurement professional who thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift and project timelines matter.
You know how to build strong supplier relationships while maintaining focus on business objectives. Just as importantly, you are comfortable challenging stakeholders, driving decisions and taking ownership when issues arise.
You enjoy working at the intersection of engineering, projects and procurement, where your ability to create structure and make sound commercial decisions has a direct impact on business performance.
We imagine that you bring
- At least 5 years of experience within sourcing, purchasing or procurement
- Experience sourcing technical products, components or services
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Experience working in a project-based or engineering-driven organization
- A structured and proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- A degree within Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field
