
Act as the central point of contact for all testing activities within GEA IT, coordinating with Business Leads on tester allocation and scope.
Ensure full test readiness by aligning stakeholders, preparing systems, data, access, and test management tools, and involving all required support teams.
Coordinate with the TOSCA team for test automation integration where applicable.
Manage daily test execution reporting by sharing metrics and progress with stakeholders.
Lead defect management through scheduling triage calls, analyzing issues, and driving timely resolutions.
Promote continuous improvement through best practices, training, documentation, coaching, capturing lessons learned, and ensuring test results move to Production accurately.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in testing across diverse IT landscapes.
Strong expertise in ERP testing within complex, integrated environments, plus proven skills in Test Management, Defect Management, Resource & Test Readiness.
Solid understanding of testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, V‑Model) and experience across SIT, UAT, and Regression cycles.
Familiar with testing best practices and, ideally, knowledgeable in SAP business processes.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, analytical skills, and ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
Experience delivering testing phases on time/budget, with a security‑minded approach and fluent English skills.
