スクラップカッターシステムは、形成段階で生じたシートを細かくカットして、取り出します。
GEA FreshPasta Former 1 T540は、二重較正グループが特徴で、二つ目では厚さが中央制御されます。また、スクリューポンプが設置されています。このトルテリーニ用金型はこの機械に組み込まれています。
この金型はステンレス鋼製であり、ステンレス鋼製ボックスによって保護されたカム移動グループにより、簡単に洗浄できます。これはさらに、この機械の高い形成速度を実現します。形成速度が高くなればなるほど、スクレープが少なくなります。
さらに、洗浄プロセスを容易にするために、このスクレープカッターは抽出キャリッジに配置されます。
