このWZは、搬送ベルトで構成されており、噴霧水のリサイクルを可能にする2つに分割された底水タンクを備えていることを特徴としています。
その上部には、専用フロースイッチと調整バルブで制御される噴霧傾斜台が備わっています。製品はベルトによって移動され、水が製品上に噴霧されてから、集められて充填ゾーンで再噴霧されます。
この傾斜搬送ベルトは、構造的な観点からプラスチック製であり、インバータによって制御される一方、上部を閉じるヒンジ付きカバーは、内部検査と洗浄作業を容易にするために開くことが可能です。さらに、この機械はステンレス鋼製で、完全な洗浄を可能にします。
リサイクルシステムにより、このWZは水消費量を削減しますが、製品を25℃まで冷却する能力を維持します。
