Ihre Verantwortungsbereiche und Aufgaben:
- Coordinate the monthly hard close process and prepare monthly IFRS financial statements.
- Manage trial balance and adjustment schedules, account reconciliations, and flux analysis.
- Prepare and submit Group reporting through consolidation tools and platforms in line with deadlines.
- Prepare PoC statements and support cost controlling activities in collaboration with Project Teams.
- Prepare margin analysis, cost center analysis, and profit center split reports in close collaboration with Sales and Project Teams.
- Manage IFRS 16 data preparation and submission through Tagetik.
- Prepare monthly rolling forecasts and annual budgets, and submit them through SAC.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as required.
Ihr Profil und Ihre Qualifikationen:
University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
5–6 years of experience in Audit or Financial Controlling, preferably within an international company. Big 4 experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Turkish GAAP and IFRS.
CPA / SMMM qualification is a plus.
Good knowledge of SAP, SAP Analytics, SAC, and BW.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
