Design Engineer - Product Owner

You will be hands-on with your projects from the first sales drawings to final product implementation. You will be responsible for developing documentation/drawings in collaboration with our team in India, and afterwards for initiating procurement in coordination with our purchasing department.

Subsequently, you may interact with workshops, both locally and globally.

Internally, projects are executed in collaboration with project managers, the quality department, procurement, and our commissioning teams.

Your primary tasks will include:

• Project-specific design customization of bag filters and more within spray drying technology, including construction drawings in mainly Inventor (3D) and subsequently AutoCAD Mechanical (2D)

• Standardisation, optimisation, and further development of spray drying components

• Preparation of documentation such as technical manuals, risk assessments, etc.

• Component inspections at workshops

• Communication with the business and workshops to follow up on projects

You are structured, self-driven and thrive on taking responsibility throughout a project, including some coordination. At the same time, you are a team player who values good communication and collaboration across departments.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

• Are a trained mechanical engineer or similar – preferably with a craft background

• Are experienced CAD user, preferably Inventor (3D) and AutoCAD Mechanical (2D)

• Have Danish and English proficiency – spoken as well as written

• Might have knowledge of stainless steel and thin sheet metal structures

• Possibly have experience with equipment for the food and pharma industry
