لودر تقطيع - GEA HorizontalBuffer
The GEA HorizontalBuffer has been designed to accumulate portions and to load them automatically onto a following processing system running either continuously or batching. It allows a compensation of the product re-loading time in the slicer.

مبدأ العمل
بعد وصول الأجزاء من جهاز التقطيع إلى شرائح، توضع على موزع عمودي يوجهها نحو مستوى المخزن المؤقت الفارغ لتصبح متراصة في هذا المستوى.
في حالة تعذّر التراص (الأحزمة في وضع التحميل أو التفريغ الكامل)، تصدر إشارة لإيقاف جهاز التقطيع إلى شرائح عن القطع. في نهاية وحدة التغذية الخارجية للماكينة، ينقل موزع عمودي ثانٍ الأجزاء من المستويات الثلاثة، لنقلها إلى ناقل التحميل الذي يزامن سرعة التحميل الخاصة بها وفق احتياجات نظام التحميل التالي. يتم نبذ الأجزاء غير السليمة على ناقل التصحيح العلوي لتصحيحها يدويًا.

GEA opens new technology center, strengthening its position in the growing pharmaceutical applications market
Together with Mona Neubaur, Minister of Economic Affairs of the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, GEA CEO Stefan Klebert has opened a new technology center for pharmaceutical freeze-drying systems in Elsdorf, Germany. GEA employs approximately 260 people at the facility, which combines research and development with production and service under one roof.
