لودر تقطيع - GEA OverLapper
The GEA OverLapper can be integrated into a GEA ShingleLoader line. In this case its controls are also integrated into the ShingleLoader controls. It also can be used as a stand-alone unit with own controls and display and so placed before/after any other equipment as required by the process. Depending on amount of sliced lines and needed overlapping configurations a wide range of machine configurations is available.

مبدأ العمل
تصل الأجزاء (2، أو 3، أو 4) إلى ماكينة GEA OverLapper، قادمة من جهاز التقطيع إلى شرائح أو غيره من المعدات حسب ما تتطلبه العملية. في منطقة التغذية الداخلية، يمكن أن تعبر حزام رشّ، يعمل على الفصل بين الأجزاء بصورة متقاطعة. في المنطقة الوسطى، يتم توجيه الأجزاء المفصولة إما لأعلى عن طريق وحدة قلابة عمودية، أو تستمر دون انحراف عمودي على نظام حزام متقاطع، ليتم وضع الأجزاء عليه بصورة متقاطعة. أما في منطقة التغذية الخارجية، تتراكب الأجزاء العلوية ديناميكيًا على الأجزاء المتقاطعة، مما يؤدي إلى إنشاء جزء متداخل.

الأداء
بناءً على الصفوف والتشكيل اللازم، يمكن استخدام التداخلات الأساسية التالية: 4 : 1 متداخل في 3 : 1 متداخل في 2 : 1 متداخل في تداخل موازٍ 2: يمكن دمج اثنين من المفاهيم الأخرى وإضافتهما بناءً على تشكيل الماكينة
- سرعة تداخل عالية تصل إلى 160 جزء / الدقيقة
- دقة عالية بفضل تقنية المحركات المؤازرة (سيرفو)
