CCL - الخزان الحلزوني
تم تصميم الخزان الحلزوني لفصل المنتج المنقول إلى خطوط الإنتاج عن الهواء المحمّل بالغبار.
يتم ترشيح الهواء المحمل بالغبار الذي يتم تفريغه من الجزء العلوي من الإعصار عن طريق مرشحات ثابتة أو كيسية، بينما يتجمع المنتج داخل الخزان الحلزوني. يتم مراقبة المستويات القصوى والدنيا للمنتج من خلال مجسين اهتزازيين يتحكمان في تغذية المنتج. يُجهز الجزء السفلي من الخزان الحلزوني بقاعدة اهتزازية تسهل تفريغ المنتج وتتفادي الانسداد في المخرج.
