تم تطوير صمام NanoVALVE لتحقيق الأداء الأمثل في ضغوط التشغيل المنخفضة جدا إذا ما قورن بصمام المجانسة التقليدي.
يستند مفهوم NanoVALVE على مجموعة مواصفات محددة لصمام المجانسة، مع فجوة عمل محسنة ومع حافة حادة لطول مسار مصغر بين منطقة الضغط العالي ومنطقة السرعة العالية، كي تتحرر على جزيئات المنتج طاقة ديناميكية السوائل الأكثر فعالية الناتجة عن اضطرابات دوامية عالية، وتجويف موضعي، وآثار قص وتأثيرات الجدار.

The various homogenizing valve designs are fundamentally important along with the valve geometry. The NanoValve® design allows an increase in efficiency and a reduction in operating pressure (tests demonstrates up to 13% lower operating pressure compared to the GEA standard valve) providing energy savings and optimal use of the ingredients and resources.

NanoValve® HP
NanoValve® HP has been designed with the aim of extending the concept of the NanoValve® even at high pressures (up to 700 bar). Its innovative technology can reach optimized results in terms of homogenization effects in different fields of applications, such as vaccines, parenteral nutrition, nanocellulose and products containing additives, flavorings and stabilizers.
NanoValve®HP is available in 3 sizes, thus offering the possibility to customize and combine different valve parameters, and suitable for models of the Ariete® Series, from NS3090 to NS5355 for operating pressures between 250 and 700 bar and flow rate range from 5.000 to 31.000 l/h.
