Warning about Fraudulent Emails Impersonating GEA Executives
We have become aware that attackers are sending fraudulent emails from the domain "gea.de", falsely claiming to represent GEA executives, primarily our CEO.
Please be explicitly aware of the following:
- Emails sent from the domain "gea.de" claiming to represent GEA Group are fraudulent.
- The domain "gea.de" is not affiliated with GEA Group in any way.
- GEA Group’s official and primary email communications use the domain "gea.com".
If you receive such fraudulent emails:
- Do not respond or interact with such emails in any way.
- Immediately contact our security team
- Report the email using your email client’s built-in spam or phishing reporting tools.
