We have become aware that attackers are sending fraudulent emails from the domain "gea.de", falsely claiming to represent GEA executives, primarily our CEO.

Please be explicitly aware of the following:

• Emails sent from the domain "gea.de" claiming to represent GEA Group are fraudulent.
• The domain "gea.de" is not affiliated with GEA Group in any way.
• GEA Group’s official and primary email communications use the domain "gea.com".

If you receive such fraudulent emails:

1. Do not respond or interact with such emails in any way.
2. Immediately contact our security team
3. Report the email using your email client’s built-in spam or phishing reporting tools.
