
Responsibilities during program phase:
Provides deep understanding of local business processes in their area (E2D).
Nominates, sets up and coordinates local Key Users community, incl coordination and informing local KUs about testing plan and local involvement.
Assesses local business and legal requirements in fit-to-standard.
Participates in creation of test cases and ensure their relevancy.
Participates in testing of solution and SAP release upgrades, providing expert feedback.
Collaborates on test and training material localization.
Delivers trainings and provides ongoing support for local Key Users and End Users.
Engages in discussions to establish process standards.
Responsible for User Mapping*
Support during program phase:
Provides essential input for the Template Tower Lead & Workstream Lead for template customization to fit division-specific needs.
Collaborates with Data Tower Lead and Division Data Coordinator to ensure divisional data requirements are met.
Aids Division Implementation Manager with division-specific needs and activities execution.
Supports local Key Users in adopting new processes.
Collaborates with Test Coordinator on divisional testing efforts.
Provides feedback to Data Coordinators on data quality and Collaborates closely with change management.
Responsibilities beyond Program Phase:
Monitors process efficiency within Division.
Drive process-optimizations and ensures process-adherence within division.
Ongoing support of Key Users and End Users
Further training provision, if needed.
Support of release upgrades.
Ensures knowledge transfer to Local Key Users, e.g., after SAP release upgrade.

Willingness to travel, fluent in English.
Experience & background:
Plant and Component (Mechanical) Engineering CAD softwares (Autodesk Plant 3D / BIM – ACC, Autodesk Inventor / Vault, or similar…).
PDM / PLM systems (Cadison, TeamCenter, Keytech….).
Engineering Data Management.
Interface Engineering / ERP.
