We are looking for a highly motivated Distribution Channel Manager to support the strategic development and management of our distribution partner network.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth through our distributor channels, strengthening partner relationships, and implementing channel strategies in close collaboration with Business Unit Channel organization.

- Develop and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with distribution partners while actively managing channel performance.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, strategic alignment, growth opportunities, and market coverage.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the distribution partner network in targeted regions.
- Define and execute channel strategies aligned with regional business objectives and growth plans.
- Design and implement onboarding and partner enablement programs to accelerate partner productivity and market engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve key channel performance indicators, including revenue growth, market coverage, partner activation, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and reporting requirements across the distribution network.
- Collaborate closely with BU sales, marketing, service, and product management teams to maximize channel effectiveness.
- Support contract negotiations, partner business planning, and strategic account development activities where required.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Channel Management, Distribution Management, Business Development, or Partner Management, preferably within an industrial B2B environment.
- Proven track record in establishing, developing, and managing international distributor networks.
- Experience in designing and executing partner programs, channel enablement initiatives, or distributor development frameworks.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business strategies into measurable actions and results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience utilizing KPIs, dashboards, and business performance reporting.
- Ability to work effectively across cultures and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English.
