Key Responsibilities
Conduct the financial control and planning functions of the company.
Oversee and submit monthly closing reports in compliance with company standards.
Prepare and present IFRS financial statements on a monthly basis.
Perform calculations for Percentage of Completion (PoC) statements.
Prepare internal margin analysis reports to support business strategies.
Project-related Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between local end-users and divisional/global teams.
Ensure successful local integration and adoption of Transform360 within Finance.
Assess local business and legal requirements during fit-to-standard activities.
Participate in solution testing and provide expert feedback.
Collaborate on the creation and execution of test plans.
Provide business-relevant feedback to central teams for continuous improvement.
Contribute to localization of training materials and deliver end-user training.
Participate in discussions to establish locally valid process standards.
Support the Local Implementation Manager with implementation strategies.
Assist Division Lead Key User by providing local insights.
Aid Data Experts in ensuring local data quality and integration.
Work with Change & Training Managers on training needs analysis, planning, and delivery.
Provide ongoing support to end-users and coordinate release upgrades.
ملفك التعريفي ومؤهلاتك:
Strong background in Accounting or Finance.
Experience: 5-6 years of experience in auditing or finance/controlling, preferably in international companies.
Strong experience in financial reporting, feasibility analysis, and IFRS standards.
Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA in a key user or similar role.
Deep understanding of finance business processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive adoption
