Step 5: Choose the material groups you would like to supply and confirm your input.

Step 6: Email confirmation

The responsible purchaser will receive information about your registration and the potential supplier will receive confirmation of the registration, along with access data for the GEA Supplier Portal.

Step 7: Request for information

Via a second email, the supplier will receive a Request for Information. Please follow the link to the Information Request.

Step 8: Confirm participation

Confirm participation

Enter the access data provided in the confirmation of registration. During the first login you will be prompted to change your password. You will then be directed to the questionnaire to confirm your participation.

Step 9: RFI submission

RFI submission

Please complete the questionnaire (Questions) and add relevant documents (Basic information) then submit the RFI.
