Kurutma Prosesi
MSD® Sprey Kurutucu, e iyi genel kurutma verimliliği ve ürün kalitesini sağlamak üzere sprey ve akışkan yatak kurutma teknolojisini, üç aşamalı kurutma prosesi ile birleştiren çok aşamalı bir Sprey Kurutucudur.
Bir dizi nozül, konsantreyi atomize ederek kurutma odasına besler. Kurutma havası hava dağıtıcıdan yüksek hızda dikey olarak girerek, atomize edilmiş konsantre ile optimum karışım sağlar. Bu aşamada evaporasyon, damlalar kurutma odasından geçerken anlık olarak gerçekleşir. Kurutma odası ve hava akışı, partiküllerin kurutma odası duvarlarına yapışmasını önleyecek, ikinci kurutma aşamasının gerçekleşeceği kurutma odasının tabanına entegre edilmiş Akışkan Yatağa yönlendirecek şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Son olarak toz, nihai kurutma ve soğutma için VIBRO-FLUIDIZER® Akışkan Yatağına yönlendirilir.
Kurutma havası odanın üst kısmından çıkarak, kurutma havasındaki çok ince partiküllerin nozüllerden gelen spreyle çarpıştığında, iyi tanımlanmış ikincil aglomerasyona olanak sağlar. Egzoz havası, hava içinde kalan partikülleri ayıran bir SANICIP™ Torba Filtreden geçirilir. Torba Filtreden boşaltılan ince partiküller kurutma odasına - aglomera ihtiyacına göre ya statik akışkan yatağa ya da nozüllere gönderilir. Eğer aglomera olmayan bir toz gerekiyorsa, ince partiküller doğrudan VIBRO-FLUIDIZER® Akışkan Yatağına yönlendirilir.

Key technologies, including our SPRAYEYE®, Clean Purge, DRIVENT®, COTECTOR® and fire safety systems are all designed to give you confidence in the safety of your MSD® spray dryer plant, monitoring for fire and explosion risks, while supporting 24/7 production.
All MSD® systems are supplied with automated clean-in-place (CIP) units, reducing the need for manual cleaning tasks. CIP can potentially reduce water and chemicals use, and so cut wastewater volume and associated treatment.
A focus on efficiency and quality
MSD® spray dryer efficiency and quality is further enhanced thanks to our Clean Purge and CEE cyclone technologies integrated into the plant. We’ve shown that compared with other air dispersers, the GEA DDD® air disperser provides best-in-class distribution of the drying air. Benefits include a more uniform product and longer production runs between scheduled cleaning stops, which can lead to improved equipment performance overall.
Our SANICIP® II bag filter and the No Intervention Fines Return System (NIFRS) further help to reduce product loss and can lead to real improvements in productivity and final powder quality.
