2014 Divestiture of the Heat Exchangers Segment and decision to restructure the group 
2011 Acquisition of the Dutch-based Convenience Food Systems (CFS) company followed by its integration as a segment 
2010 Streamlining of GEA’s group structure, amalgamation of all heat exchanger activities with nine divisions being merged into five segments
