Your responsibilities and tasks:

Objectives

• Responsible for Real Estate portfolio transparency and data quality

• Provision of Real Estate portfolio analyses and regional portfolio reports

• Responsibility for maintenance of tools, standards & IT-solutions

Tasks

• Responsible for accuracy of global Real Estate portfolio list

• Interaction with business representatives and 3rd service providers around data updates and entry

• Ongoing data management: Check of overall data with regards to quality, completeness and actuality; request of updates and data in case of gaps

• Detection of required actions (e.g. critical dates) and tasks through global Real Estate portfolio list analysis

• Identification and proposal of consolidation candidates and opportunities through database analysis, including proposal of candidates to the Regional Portfolio Manager

• Responsible for databases, and reports to track | analyze portfolio characteristics

• Elaboration of regional Real Estate dashboards and portfolio reports

• Responsibility for maintenance of tools, standards & IT-solutions

• Creation of site audit plans

Your profile and qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in business studies or other Real Estate related field

• Additional Real Estate Management studies is a plus

Additional Skills

• Demonstrated experience in Real Estate projects & portfolio management

• Analytic skills, problem-solving

• Fluent in English language; additional languages (e.g. Spanish, French) is a plus

• Strong general communication skills recognizing the global corporate environment of the position

• Experience in database maintenance | data management - global initiatives with a high number of sites

• Ability to work independently with a team orientation

• Strong attention & emphasis to detail and accuracy

Working experience

• Minimum of 2 years working experience

Special know how

• Solid IT- knowledge (database administration & maintenance)
