Acquisitions and divestments

We have an active M&A strategy at GEA.

On the one hand, we are looking for acquisition targets to specifically strengthen and expand our existing product and technology portfolio in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical sectors. In the future, the focus here will be on medium-sized and larger companies, whereas in the past we have mostly acquired smaller companies.

On the other hand, we are separating ourselves from businesses if we have come to the conclusion that we are no longer the best owner for that business.
