…and roasting, browning, smoking, steaming! The GEA CookStar uses steam, hot air, roasting, smoking and drying in any combination. It’s a unique three-phase cooking solution with two horizontal air-flow zones and a ‘turbo’ impingement zone that uses high velocity, vertically flowing air to roast, brown or dry the product’s surface. The CookStar is founded on three pillars: passion performance and reliability.
