COMPACT DRYER は、乾燥チャンバ下部の排気口周りにリング状の流動床を内蔵した噴霧乾燥機です。
濃縮液はノズルか回転式噴霧器によって噴霧され、乾燥チャンバ上部に供給されます。噴霧された濃縮液と最適に混合されるよう、乾燥空気は空気分散機を介して高速で垂直に乾燥チャンバに送られます。液滴は乾燥チャンバを通過し、下部の流動床でさらに乾燥されながら、瞬時に蒸発します。そしてここから粉末が VIBRO-FLUIDIZER 流動床に排出され、最終乾燥・冷却されるのです。
COMPACT DRYER の底部には排気口が設けられているので、凝集は流動層の中だけで行われるため、高密度の凝集体を得ることができます。
