Layer cake turnkey solutions

GEA designs, configures and installs complete, customized turnkey plants for layer cakes. We offer a full portfolio of technologies, accessories and automation for processing and baking sponge mixes, layering the sponges and fillings, and adding decoration, including chopped nuts and chocolate, or rosettes. Complete plants can include denesters for loading cake discs, cartons or blister packs, together with cutting units, packaging systems and freezers.
