Palletizers & Depalletizers

Robotic Isles Omnia

Robotic isles Omnia are especially suitable for low and medium speed lines and when high flexibility is needed thanks to the simultaneous palletization/depalletization feature and fast gripping heads changeover.

GEA offers complete end-of-line solutions for food, beverage and powder applications, giving you more than just a robotic palletizer. Each of our robots comes with complete system integration services to ensure that your new palletizer works perfectly with upstream and downstream equipment.

Robotic systems are particularly suitable when high flexibility, greater precision in product picking and placing, delicate product handling and higher palletizing speeds are required. With the GEA Omnia robot we guarantee performance, reliability and speed. It is possible to operate simultaneous palletizing of several lines, simultaneous palletizing of packages of different types and dimensions, and simultaneous palletizing and depalletizing.

The robotic cell is safe for the operator thanks to a safety fence with interlocked access door and light barriers.
