We developed our digital cooperation channel for the service business with the start-up MachIQ, which won the MassChallenge Switzerland in 2016. The MachIQ platform is supplier-independent and can be integrated into almost all ERP systems. This offers you two key advantages: On the one hand, you can connect with any number of suppliers on the same platform. On the other hand, you decide yourself which data should be exchanged with each individual supplier and which OEM services you want to use.
