The new game-changing GEA plug & win i craft beer centrifuge is now better than ever. As one of our most resource-efficient solutions, our GEA plug & win i separator skid carries the Add Better label. The high-efficiency motor transfers energy directly to the bowl without the use of belts and clutches. This reduces the energy consumption of the GEA plug & win i by up to 10%. The plug & win i has also service intervals extended by 100% and a noise level reduced to below 76 dB(A) during operation. The patented, no oxygen-pickup GEA twin hydrohermetic inlet protects the high quality of your beer - batch after batch!

GEA introduces the GEA Visitron Small-in-One filling block for production speeds of up to 10,000 containers per hour. The slimline filling solution rinses, fills, and seals on a very small production area and saves a lot of time during filling and format changeover thanks to a sophisticated process chain. It can be changed over to other products and containers made of glass, aluminium, and PET swiftly.

Developed in collaboration with project partners, GEA InsightPartner Brewery monitors production performance in real time, anticipates anomalies and suggests improvements. In addition to conventional brewhouse data, the system now analyzes sustainability performance indicators based on energy consumption and heat recovery in the process cycle.
