GEA chemical decanter pilotMaster

Robust decanter for small production sizes or up-scaling, available in ATEX and sanitary design and protected against erosion and corrosion. 

The GEA decanter centrifuge pilotMaster is the ideal machine to reliably scale up to the respective production capacity providing the highest flexibility in bowl speed from 1,000 rpm- 6,500 rpm, a differential speed range of 1 - 80 rpm without changing the pulley set and the same geometric configuration compared to the larger production machines. 

It is used for the clarification and dewatering in chemical, extraction and mineral processing. The clarified liquid is discharged either under pressure or by gravity. CIP-compatibility of the decanter can be assured.
