Designed for serviceability

Serviceability

GEA IO control panels are designed to improve every aspect of your centrifuge installation. But excellent operation is one thing, serviceability is another.

Operators and maintenance engineers, tasked with keeping your production running in the most efficient way, are supported by our machine control solutions. To do so, GEA automation design engineers focussed on serviceability have developed state-of-the-art connectivity options as well as the MAchine COntrol Manager MACOM.

We don’t have to be there, to be there: Remote operability

In the age of digitalization, we are facing a highly increasing demand for data-oriented technologies and services. GEA Automation & Controls, Separation offers tailor made remote access and cloud server options, allowing a perfect insight into GEA IO to run your equipment remotely, in optimal conditions. With our solutions you can operate your centrifuge basically from everywhere as long as you have an internet connection.

If you require fast support from an experienced GEA Service Engineer, our Remote Access is the perfect option for you. Via a secure internet connection, the service, process or application experts from GEA can remotely access your centrifuge or even process line control in order to check machine data, deploy a software update or help with failure analysis. Our Remote Access tool is your fast lane to our process and machine know-how and provides extensive service assistance possibilities.
