Join the new exciting part of our global HR Operations Team. To further enhance HR support to our employees and managers, our HR Operations hubs in Berlin and Kuala Lumpur will cover our organization worldwide in over 50 countries. From those hubs our Experts will support our company in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Performance Services, Employee Data Services, Rewards Services, Learning Services, Employee & Manager Services and Payroll Services. In this role you will be part of the HR Technology & Infrastructure team which supports HR Operations with designing, implementing and maintaining enabling technologies that support efficient HR operations with a focus on increasing manager and employee self-service.   • Responsible for implementation of system upgrades and new processes as well as system enhancements to reduce redundancy and to streamline HR functions for maximum efficiency

  • Understand requirements and designs, build-ups and configurations of ServiceNow HR as case management system and its integrations to Workday as HRIS

  • Understand process and business requirements and translate them into possible technical solutions within the ServiceNow HR Modules (Employee Document Management, Ticketing System, Employee Portal, Reporting, Knowledge Base, etc.)

  • Coordinate expectations with relevant stakeholders and prepare key functional and technical decisions and initiatives to deploy further functionality on the application roadmap

  • Optimize the system to meet workflow requirements creating opportunities for automation, reduction of manual and simple processes that help drive accuracy and completeness

  • Design, implement and maintain initiatives that support efficient HR operations with focus on HR systems and increasing manager and employee self-service

  • Engage with process owners to understand processes and to identify and assess automation use cases

  • Implement HR Technology & Innovation standards, policies and HR systems to create an outstanding employee experience, simplicity and customer satisfaction

  • Work closely with (external) IT developers to ensure automation is well designed, planned, implemented, released and monitored

Ihr Profil und Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • University degree preferably in Business Administration, Information Systems or Human Resources

  • Functional expertise in HR technology (> 3 years) in an international environment

  • Proven track record in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow HR

  • Problem solving skills and strong solution orientation

  • Keep up to date with latest HR thinking, tools and techniques and eager to stay current with trends in HR Technology

  • Able to understand business needs and translate them into an actionable project request for approval and prioritization

  • Strong communication skills, being able to transfer complex system structures into easy communication for stakeholders

  • English, German (not a must) and preferably further languages
