COMBINING TRUSTED TECHNOLOGY WITH A CONTINUAL PROGRAMME OF INNOVATION

ALL IN ONE - CANS, GLASS AND PET BOTTLES FILLED ON ONE MACHINE

Featuring a hygienically designed multifunctional carousel-type system, the ALL IN ONE combined rinser / filler / seamer /capper can handle cans, glass and PET bottles on one machine, processing 3, 000 – 20,000 cans/bottles per hour. Suitable for carbonated and still drinks such as beer, soft beverages, wine and juices, cold and hot fill, the system is flexible, easy to use and maintain, and benefits from rapid, quick format changeover functionality.

The rotary 2-channel rinser (disinfection and flushing with sterile water) is equipped with universal grippers for all different can diameters, glass bottles or PET bottles (no change on the grippers necessary - only the infeed screw has to be exchanged). Starting from 16 universal grippers and the same number of filling valves — plus a seamer / capper for crown caps and can lids — the need for time-consuming changeovers from bottles to cans is eliminated. All containers, including cans, undergo double pre-evacuation, and a two channel rinsing stage.

Further features and benefits:

  • ALL-IN-ONE fillers and cappers can switch from PET to cans or glass bottles in 10 –15 minutes
  • Only a little amount of space is required due to small footprint
  • Cans with low infeed – the same depalletizing system can be used for cans and glass bottles
  • Minimal product loss thanks to the unique seaming system
  • Basic execution model can be upgraded to include lid disinfection
  • Gravity or counter pressure filling process (sparkling or still products) is optional
  • An EMV block fitted on the filling module ensures exact filling control
  • Short tube or volumetric filling system
  • Low O2 pick-up and minimal foaming during filling
  • Individually programmable filling steps
  • HMI touchscreen for easy operation and a Weihenstephan interface for data transfer to a SCADA system
